Please note that we understand your concern that your personal data needs to be protected. We make your concern our priority. Accordingly, all of your personal data is treated in complete conformance with the current legal data protection requirements as described below under our Privacy Policy.

DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the VIFsports.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. VIF cannot warrant that the content of VIFsports.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. VIF may at any time change the content of the site. Though VIF strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through VIFsports.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where VIF act as an agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. VIF cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. VIF cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

SHOPPING AT VIFSPORTS.COM

Shopping directly at VIFsports.com is a convenient service for our customers. We’re open 24/7 for you to find your favorite items. The full line from every collection will be made available as soon as they arrive at VIF. When you receive your package you can try your gear in the privacy of your own home and we have a 14-day return period if you need to send something back for a full refund. We operate Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (working days) and not on public holidays.

SIGN IN OR REGISTER

Registration is free and easy to complete. When registering on our website, we will save the information necessary to fulfill your orders. We will not sell or in any other way let anyone else use your information. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information about how we will use your personal information.

VIOLATION OF RULES

VIF reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of Force Majeure, VIFs’ obligations are suspended. The contract between you and VIF can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by VIF. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, UFO`s, natural disasters or similar events. VIF will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions on VIFsports.com are processed using Shoptet Pay powered by Adyen, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. VIF makes the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express. When placing an order the full amount is reserved on your account by VIF. Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.

ORDER PROCESS & CONFIRMATION

All orders are processed within two business days at VIF´s warehouse in Czech Republic in Europe. Shipping takes between 2 and 9 working days depending on where in the world you are located. We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. A preliminary confirmation will be sent to you by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For orders to the European Union prices include VAT. All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price displayed at checkout.

COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

VIF delivers within select countries in Europe (see list of countries below). Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.

EU orders are shipped with UPS or Packeta Group.

VIF DELIVERS TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES WITHIN EUROPE

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain. For orders to the Czech Republic use our local shop www.vifsports.cz and www.vifsports.sk from Slovakia.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

Standard delivery time is between 3-4 working days. UPS will send you parcel tracking after processing your order.

SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard delivery for orders over the total cart value of 100 EUR.

For shipments under this values, for standard delivery, we charge accordingly to your location.
